Note : Please note that some of our subcontractors and employees live outside the EU. We confirm that we only transmit personal data to sub-contractors and employees that apply adequate security measures to ensure the security of protection of personal data. Further, we have entered into a written agreement which commits the sub-contractors and employees to take appropriate safeguards in relation to the handling of your personal data.

We will keep your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, but no longer than for 3 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing and erasing it from the company’s database and records.
