We’re a content company first and foremost, so we need our Beavers to have stellar writing skills. Whether the project involves writing web pages, proofreading a passage, editing extracts, or translating texts, our linguists have a way with words and a skill for storytelling in their native language that’s sure to make our clients’ copy stand out.
Did you know that beavers inspect their lodge nightly to ensure that it stays in tip-top condition? We appreciate that same level of attention to detail. Besides great writing, we look for Beavers who have a meticulous – perhaps even pedantic – approach to ensure the final product satisfies the brief down to its most minute detail, whether that’s around what the copy contains or the formalities we’ll need you to follow.
Busy might be one of the first words you think of when we say ‘beaver’, but what really helps these industrious creatures build great things is their affinity for teamwork. Which is why we look for partners rather than employees. We build reciprocal relationships with all of our Beavers, so you’ll help us just as much as we help you.

We offer permanent and freelance opportunities to our beavers. Depending on the skill set and motivation each professional is welcome to make a choice and design his own workspace and workflow.

As each of our projects have different budgets and timelines, and require different skill sets, the rates we offer will depend on the complexity of the work and your expertise. All you need to do when filling out the application form is tell us about your qualifications and experience, as well as your rate per hour, and we’ll be in touch if we find a project that’s a match.

- We're looking for someone with a linguistics-related education (think translations, linguistics, literature, creative writing, communications, editing, and more) who can bring a deep understanding of language and its nuances to their work.
- We want to see at least a year of experience in copy, editing, or translating, along with clear descriptions of relevant experience or freelance projects. Show us what you've done and how you've excelled in your field.
- We think it’s a huge plus if you have in store any additional related information, such as internships or volunteering in the linguistics sector.
